Refund policy

At Omera Jewels, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. Each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure you receive a flawless product. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a wrong or defective item, we are happy to offer a return or exchange as per the following policy:

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases where the product delivered is incorrect or defective.

  • To be eligible, you must provide a complete unboxing video clearly showing the package opening and the issue with the product.

  • The request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by all original tags, certificates, and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are used, damaged after delivery, or altered are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Returns are not accepted for reasons related to personal preference, size, or design once the correct product has been delivered as per order.

Process for Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at care.omera@gmail.com with:

    • Your order ID

    • Unboxing video

    • Description and photos of the issue

  2. Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

  3. Once approved, our team will guide you through the return or exchange process.

Refunds

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after inspection and approval of the returned item.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation.

Important Notes

  • Products returned without prior approval or without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

  • Omera Jewels reserves the right to decline any return or exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
